Brian Henchey specializes in technology transactions, including information technology and business process outsourcing agreements and complex commercial agreements. Brian has extensive experience in all types of technology-related commercial transactions, including joint ventures, manufacturing and supply agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, and marketing alliances. Brian also advises on technology issues arising in connection with significant corporate transactions, including allocation of intellectual property and information technology assets, strategic support for IT integration and de-integration, and key ancillary agreements for custom transitional or long-term technology access and services.
Prior to joining KHRG, Brian spent 16+ years at Baker Botts LLP, including eight years as a partner in the Dallas office. Brian has been recognized in his practice areas by leading attorney ranking publications, including The Legal 500 US, Chambers Global, and Chambers USA.
