Dana Fallon represents a variety of technology and other companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Dana advises investors, entrepreneurs and companies in private debt and equity financings, securities law matters, acquisitions, corporate formation, stock matters and corporate governance issues. Her prior corporate representation also includes public company acquisition transactions and SEC public offering and compliance work. Dana also supports companies in commercial transactions and licensing matters.
Dana has practiced as a corporate and securities attorney in the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P. C., and the Dallas, Texas office of Hughes & Luce, LLP.
Dana currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of St. Matthew’s Episcopal School in Austin, Texas.
Dana graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas School of Law as a recipient of the Chancellor’s Award. She received her B.B.A. in Honors Business and Finance from the University of Texas, Austin where she was awarded the Dean Conrad Doenges Scholarship.
