Jay Reddien specializes in the representation of companies in commercial transactions of all kinds, with particular emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology-based transactions, services and outsourcing arrangements and strategic commercial partnerships.
Jay’s clients range from start-ups to large public companies and have included companies from a variety of industries, including software vendors, hardware manufacturers, fossil fuel and alternative energy companies, transportation companies, consumer products companies, medical device companies, consulting companies and a wide variety of e-commerce and Internet-related businesses.
Jay received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. He received a B.A. in Philosophy and Biology from Southern Methodist University.
