Rachel High focuses her practice on representing emerging growth companies and their investors. Concentrating in corporate and securities law, she counsels companies throughout their lifecycle on general corporate and governance matters and on a variety of transactions, including formation, seed investments, venture capital financings, debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining KHRG, Rachel practiced in the Emerging Companies group in the New York office of Cooley LLP.
Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2013, where she served as Business Editor on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. She obtained her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in 2009, graduating summa cum laude.
